(1) Broadcasting organization or person who broadcasts or distributes a program shall pay an amount equal to two percent of their annual total income as broadcast fee to the Government of Nepal within six months after the end of the financial year.
Explanation: For the purpose of this rule, “gross income” shall mean any income received by a broadcasting organization for performing activities related to a license or license.
