OTT. Before broadcasting every program, the organization licensed to operate shall classify the program into the following three parts according to the age of the consumer:-
(a) “0” rating for programs suitable for children and all age groups, (b) “R” rating for programs suitable for age groups from ten years to eighteen years,
(c) “4” rating for programs suitable for the age group above eighteen years.
