(1) The office will invite proposals for project implementation from the investors included in the short list as per sub-rule (5) of rule 9, on the basis of competition, by publishing a notice in national level newspapers in English and Nepali languages, giving a deadline of at least forty-five days regarding the implementation of the project:-
(a) If there are documents related to the proposal, the place of purchase and the receipt thereof,
(b) Manner of sending proposals,
(c) Place and date of submission of proposal,
(d) Last date for submission of proposals,
(e) Place and date of opening of proposals,
(f) Date to be decided on motion,
(g) Basis for evaluating and selecting proposals,
(h) Other necessary matters.
(2) The notice as per sub-rule (1) will also be placed on the website of the board and it will also be published in the national level newspapers as required.
(3) If the office has prepared a document related to the proposal, the investor should purchase such document and submit the proposal according to the document.
(4) Purchase of documents as per sub-rule (1) shall be subject to a fee determined by the Board from time to time.
