(1) The Speaker will submit the report submitted by the inquiry committee as per Section 11 to the Legislature-Parliament.
(2) The report submitted in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be an integral part of the proposal submitted in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 3.
(3) If the resolution as per sub-section (2) of Section 3 is approved by the Legislature-Parliament, it shall be considered that the resolution of impeachment against the accused constitutional officer has been passed.
