(1) After receiving the proposal according to Rule 13, the Secretariat shall send the documents attached to the proposal to the Regional Working Group for evaluation of such proposal.
(2) After receiving the proposal according to sub-rule (1), the sectoral working group shall study the technical, economic, social, gender aspect and environmental impact assessment of the project related to the proposal in detail and submit it to the technical committee along with its opinion.
(3) If it is found appropriate to implement such a project from the assessment made according to sub-rule (2), the technical committee will approve the project itself if it is up to ten million rupees and in the case of a project of more than that, it will recommend to the committee for approval.
(4) If the recommendation of the technical committee received as per sub-rule (3) is considered suitable for conducting the project, the committee will give approval to conduct such project.
