Preamble
: Since it is desirable to amend and unify the laws related to companies in order to bring dynamism to the country's economic development by promoting investment in the fields of industry, trade and business through economic liberalization and to make the establishment, operation and administration of companies more accessible, simple and transparent, the Declaration of the House of Representatives, 2063 in the first year of its release The House of Representatives made this Act.
