REGISTRATION OF TRADE UNION TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE PROFESSIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL RIGHTS INTERESTS OF WORKERS AND SELF-EMPLOYED PERSONS WORKING IN ESTABLISHMENT AND OUTSIDE ESTABLISHMENT IN VARIOUS INDUSTRY, TRADE, BUSINESS OR SERVICE , as it is desirable to make a legal provision regarding the operation and other necessary provisions related to it, Parliament has made this Act in the twenty-first year of the reign of Shri 5 Maharajadhiraj Birendra Bir Bikram Shahdev.
