- Since it is desirable to organize the Nepal Pharmacy Council to conduct the pharmacy business in a systematic and scientific manner, the Parliament has made this Act in the thirty-ninth year of the reign of Shri 5th Maharaj Adhiraj Birendra Bir Bikram Shahdev.
