Preface
Since it is desirable to maintain the economic interests of the common people by developing tourism and to make necessary arrangements for the health, convenience and welfare of the tourists coming to Nepal and Nepali tourists traveling from one place to another in Nepal,
Mr. This Act has been framed with the advice and consent of Rashtriya Panchayat from Maharajadhiraj Birendra Bir Bikram Shahdev.
