- It is desirable to make necessary arrangements regarding the establishment and operation of Western Regional Hospital Pokhara as a health science institute to provide high-level studies and research in the field of health sciences to produce the necessary skilled manpower for the country and to provide easily accessible and quality health services to the general public. Since, the Legislature-Parliament as per Article 296 of the Constitution of Nepal has made this Act.
