: Since it is desirable to make necessary provisions regarding the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace while ensuring the right of every person to work in a safe, clean and dignified environment, the Constituent Assembly has enacted this Act as a legislature-parliament in accordance with Article 83 of the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063. .
