: Since there is an urgent need to amend the Nepal Health Service Act, 2053 and there is no legislature-parliament at present, this ordinance has been issued by the President on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 88, Clause (1) of the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063.
