: The International Monetary Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development were established in accordance with the agreement reached at the United Nations Monetary and Economic Conference in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, USA in July 1944, and the International Monetary Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development are Schedule 1 of this Act and In accordance with Article 93 of the Constitution of Nepal, this Act has been enacted by Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj Mahendra Veer Bikram Shahdev, as the conditions mentioned in 2 have been set that Nepal can be made a member of the International Monetary Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and, in order to fulfill the conditions as written above, it is necessary to arrange the things written hereafter.
