In this Act, unless the subject or subject matter otherwise,-
(a) "Fund" means the International Monetary Fund (b) "Bank" means the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (c) "Funding Agreement" means the articles of the Funding Agreement and such words include amendments to the Funding Agreement.
(d) "Bank Agreement" means the clauses of the bank agreement.
(e) “Special Withdrawal Right” means the right of the Fund to withdraw funds from a special account in the Fund to be distributed among the participants to meet international liquidity needs.
