Section 10
Prohibited actions on land subject to or likely to occur natural disasters

Notwithstanding what is written in prevailing laws, watershed protection is defined as land within the protected watershed area where floods or floods occur or may occur or land degradation or erosion occurs or may occur. No person shall do any of the following acts on the land designated by the officer without obtaining the permission of the Watershed Protection Officer –
