Notwithstanding what is written in prevailing laws, watershed protection is defined as land within the protected watershed area where floods or floods occur or may occur or land degradation or erosion occurs or may occur. No person shall do any of the following acts on the land designated by the officer without obtaining the permission of the Watershed Protection Officer –

(a) impounding or accumulating or impounding or impounding water of any river, canal, reservoir, lake or reservoir or ground water in any manner; Taking or returning water to another place by means of a well, auxiliary well, sewer or in any other manner, or using such water in such a way as to be retained, collected, logged, returned or used in any other way, (b) according to the prevailing forest laws Cutting down or destroying in any other way trees, plants or other forest products that are allowed to be harvested,

(c) cutting down or destroying in any other way existing forests, trees, plants, weeds, grass or other natural vegetation,

(f) throwing garbage and other similar polluting materials or building a place to store or store such garbage and garbage ,

(g) establishing industry, business or residential settlement,

(h) taking, keeping or Grazing.
