Section 34
Dissolution of the Authority
: (1) The Government of Nepal may issue an order to dissolve the Authority and appoint one or more liquidators for the distribution of its assets in the following cases:-
(a) If the shareholders who have taken shares worth at least twenty five percent of the default share capital of the Authority demand the dissolution of the Authority in writing by showing reasonable cause,
(b) If the Government of Nepal determines that the work of the authority is not running smoothly or the property of the authority is being embezzled or the authority has violated the instructions of the government of Shri 5.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the order issued by the Government of Nepal to dissolve the Authority shall be final.
