(1) The Authority shall have a separate fund of its own. Capital of the authority, loans and grants and the amount received according to section 10 and 12 will also be deposited in that fund.
(2) The entire expenses of the authority shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(3) The operation of the authority's fund shall be as prescribed. Until the rules regarding the operation of the fund are made, the operation of the fund will be as determined by the committee.
