(1) The National Reconstruction Authority has been established for the reconstruction of the damage caused by the earthquake.
(2) The working area of ​​the authority shall be Bamojim if the Government of Nepal publishes a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(3) The term of office of the Authority shall be five years. If for any reason the reconstruction work is not completed within that period, the Government of Nepal can extend the term of the authority for one year or make necessary arrangements so that the work done by the authority in accordance with this Act will be done by other agencies.
(4) Subsection (3) After the term of office of Bamojim Authority expires, the liability and property of the authority shall be transferred to the Government of Nepal.
(5) The Secretariat of the Authority will be located in Kathmandu Valley.
