Section 37
Tasks, Duties and Powers of the Preliminary General Meeting
: The tasks, duties and powers of the Preliminary General Meeting shall be as follows:-
(a) To get information about the business and financial transactions up to the day before the initial general meeting,
(b) To approve the annual program and budget for the current financial year (c) Approving reports and financial statements,
(d) To elect a committee or an accounting supervision committee as mentioned in the regulations,
(e) To adopt internal procedures,
(f) appointing auditors and fixing their remuneration,
(g) To perform other functions as specified in the regulations.
