Section 7
Subjects of preliminary notices
(1) The preliminary notice must contain at least the following:- (a) name, address and other details of the mortgagee, (b) name, address and other details of the mortgagee or his representative, (c) details related to the mortgaged property. However, if such information is related to trees to be cut, minerals to be mined, or goods attached to the property of the mortgage, the details of the related immovable property shall also be mentioned. It is not necessary to include the document authorized by the mortgagee in such notice. (3) In case the mortgagee has concluded a mortgage agreement, regardless of whether or not there is a clear provision in the agreement regarding the mortgaged property mentioned in such agreement and the benefit received from such mortgaged property, such mortgaged property or It shall be considered that the authority has been granted to do the preliminary notification or amendment registration related to the benefit obtained from it. (4) According to this section, the preliminary notification may be registered before the mortgage agreement is completed or before the mortgage rights are attached. Even if the matter is not mentioned, if the notice fulfills the other conditions mentioned in this paragraph and if such notice does not have a misleading meaning, it will be considered effective according to this Act.
