Rule 49
Officials seeking technical consultation or professional services
The authority to approve financial or technical proposals according to this regulation shall be given to the following officials:-
(a) up to one lakh and fifty thousand rupees from the head of the subject branch,
(b) up to ten lakh rupees” from the Secretary,
(c) up to twenty-five lakh rupees from the Chairman,
(d) Above twenty five lakh rupees from the District Development Committee.
