Rule 78
<br> to be notified to successful bidder during technical proposal evaluation
The public body shall give notice to the proposers included in the list under sub-rule (3) of rule 76 mentioning the place, date and time of opening of financial proposals to attend on that date and time.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), when giving notice to the proposer to appear, at least seven days in case of national level proposal and at least fifteen days in case of international level proposal should be given.
(3) Proposers who do not receive passing marks must return their financial proposal with a notice that their technical proposal was not selected.
(4) When selecting the proposer according to this regulation, if any proposer requests the score obtained by him and the reason for not being selected from the public body, within five days, the score obtained by him and the reason for not being selected shall be given to the proposer.
