: To regulate the generation, transmission, distribution or business of electricity, the Commission shall perform the following functions for technical management:-
(a) Grid code and distribution code related to electricity service and implementation and monitoring thereof.
(b) To determine and implement the level and procedure of operation and maintenance of electricity service.
(c) To create and implement the necessary standards to maintain the quality and safety level of the national electricity system.
(d) Determining the responsibility of the power system operator and monitoring the implementation.
(e) To determine the conditions under which electricity service can be stopped, its basis and priority.
(f) Plan and implement minimum cost expansion work for internal demand and supply of electricity service or cause it to be done.
