Section 88D
The rights are automatic throughout the duration of the contract
Suspension: (1) The rights of the director, chief executive officer and other officials of the commercial bank or financial institution in the process of reformation will be automatically suspended during the period of reformation. All or any of the directors, chief executive officers and other officers of the financial institution may be released from suspension and assigned to work related to reform. (3) The special administration group may dismiss any person at any time who does not comply with the instructions given in sub-section (2). (4) A person dismissed under sub-section (3) shall not receive any remuneration or benefits from such bank or financial institution.
