According to this regulation, to submit the accounting and financial statement to the relevant body or office and to submit the periodic accounting statement and the amount of foreign aid as requested by the Ministry of Local Development, the Comptroller General's Office and the relevant Treasury and Accounts Comptroller Office. It will be the duty of the authorized officer to submit the details of the same. The authorized officer who fails to send such information within the specified time without a reason of mental mafiq can be punished according to the prevailing law.
