Section 90
Complaints must be filed within the time limit
(1) When filing a complaint, the complaint must be submitted to the court within the time limit prescribed by law along with your claim.
(2) When filing a petition according to sub-section (1), it must be disclosed in the petition that the petition has been filed within the limits of the law.
(3) Complaints brought for registration contrary to sub-section (1) or (2) shall be filed and returned.
