Section 98
Registration of complaint
(1) If someone brings a complaint to be registered, the concerned employee shall check whether the complaint has been received in accordance with this paragraph and whether the evidence mentioned in the complaint has been submitted or not, the complaint shall be registered in the register book as per Schedule-2 and the relevant party shall be compensated for the complaint being registered in the format as per Schedule-3.
