Section 249
Fees for execution of judgment
(1) Except as otherwise mentioned in this paragraph, according to the judgment, the court shall collect a fee from the person receiving the amount at the rate of one hundred and five.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), no penalty shall be levied for the issuance of a summons by the court, the issuance of a document or the surrender of an innocent person.
