Rule 67
Judgment and Final Order

(1) When the case is heard, after the arguments of the parties concerned and the arguments of the legal professionals are over, the judgment shall be pronounced by the bench on the same day. However, if a case submitted and discussed before the court cannot be delivered on the same day due to the complexity of the case, the court may set a date of up to fifteen days for delivering the verdict in writing.
(2) When making a decision according to sub-rule (1), the judge shall write a brief description of the decision in the opinion book, sign it, listen to the parties present and keep it in the opinion book.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the missile shall be prepared and attached in the format of Schedule-5 within seven days of the judgment and final order.
(4) In the decision to be prepared according to sub-rule (3), the following things should be mentioned:-
(a) Claims and submissions of the opposing parties, matters to be decided, points of evidence on both sides, legal questions (b) Summary of evidence of witnesses or witnesses, (c) Questions raised by both sides regarding facts and law, 35 (d) Main main points of debate of legal practitioners, < br> (e) A clear analysis of whether or not precedents or legal principles mentioned in the pleadings or counter-letters or petitions or during the arguments of legal practitioners are applicable to the presented case,
(f) Judgments with reasons and the basis thereof and laws relating thereto,
(g) Other necessary things.
