(1) The responsibility for the implementation of the judgment or agreement made in accordance with this Act shall belong to the manager concerned.
(2) If the manager does not implement the judgment or agreement according to sub-section (1), the concerned complainant may file an application before the grievance hearing officer.

Accordingly, such decision or agreement should be implemented.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the accused person is a manager, the officer hearing the complaint himself shall execute the decision or settlement within sixty days.
