Section 199
Judgment not to be amended
According to section 198, after the judge verifies the judgment, no amendment may be made except for correcting common errors without affecting justice.
Explanation: For the purpose of this section. "Ordinary error" means a difference in numbers and letters in the verdict, an error in mentioning the name, surname, address of any of the plaintiff, defendant or witness, printing or printing, regardless of the subject matter and justice.
