(1) The court shall pronounce its decision to the present party and provide the document that the decision has been delivered.
(2) If the parties are absent at the time of the judgment of the case, they shall be informed of the judgment within seven days of the judgment. In this way, the decision can be given by the court itself or through the relevant labor office.
