(1) Information about the judgment or final order passed by the court shall be given to the appellant and the parties to the case within seven days from the date of the judgment.
(2) For the purpose of sub-rule (1), when there is a judgment or final order from the court, the party who attends the court session and documents that he has heard such judgment or order, or a legal practitioner appears and argues on behalf of such party, shall be deemed to have received information of the judgment. (3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the judgment or final order shall not be communicated to the party whose date has passed in accordance with this regulation.
