(1) When filing a criminal case in the court, the public prosecutor prepares an indictment within the time frame of the Act and prevailing laws in the format as per Schedule-13, mentioning the matters as per sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Act, and prepares the total missal and the accused. He also has to be filed in the court along with the police personnel and the charge sheet filed. A copy of the charge sheet filed in this way shall be provided to the investigating police officer.

(2) In the case filed in the court in accordance with sub-rule (1), the police officer or public prosecutor shall not be kept on the list.

However, prior to the day of hearing of such cases in the court, the court shall provide the relevant public prosecutor's office with a copy of the order or judgment passed on the day of the hearing.
