(1) According to section 40 of the Act, every land owner or Mohi must give a certificate as per the format specified in Schedule-10(a) or a receipt as per the format specified in Schedule-10 of the amount deposited in the committee, and 3 copies shall be made of such receipt with a serial number. One copy should be given to the saver and the second copy should be sent to the land reform officer Kaha and the third copy should be kept by himself. Such receipt must be signed by the Chairman of the Committee or, in his absence, by one of the members designated by the Committee. (2) The amount of savings brought for submission of a certificate in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be paid to the said certificate by the Chairman of the Committee or, in his absence, by one of the members designated by the Committee. If there is an employee assigned for the work, he should also have done the right printing.
