28. Save:

(1) The National Planning Commission existing at the time of commencement of this order shall be deemed to have been formed in accordance with this order.
(2) The Vice-Chairman and members of the National Planning Commission existing at the time of commencement of this order shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with this order.
(3) The members of the Commission existing at the time of the issuance of this order shall remain in office for the period specified in sub-section (1) of section 17. However, this provision shall not be deemed to have imposed any restriction on the Nepal Government's modification in accordance with sub-section (3) of Section 17.
(4) The work carried out by the National Planning Commission which is in force at the time of commencement of this order shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with this order.
