Section 62
The debt of the creditor who shows more debt does not get priority

Notwithstanding what is written in sub-section (1) of section 61, the person who is involved in marriage and a creditor's agreement to cause loss, damage to other creditors or claimants more than by bad behavior or not done by bad faith. If it is determined that a debt or claim has been shown, the debt of such creditor shall be paid or discharged only after the debt or liability of the other creditor or claimant has been recovered.
