(1) Proceedings and hearings of a case related to a certain type of serious crime shall be conducted in a closed court, upon request or if the court itself deems it appropriate, the proceedings and hearing of such a case shall be conducted in a closed court.
(2) According to sub-section (1), when a case is being processed and heard in a closed court, only the parties to the case, the opposition, their legal professionals and persons permitted by the court may enter such court.
