Rule 29
Release of prisoner
The court may order the release of a prisoner from custody in the following cases:-
(a) If the defendant does not show cause on the day specified in the notice or on the day of appearance,
(b) Even if the reason is shown, if the reason is not reasonable or
(c) If it is found that he has been detained with malice or prejudice or in violation of law.
