Rule 37
Can order the release of a prisoner
The court may order the release of the prisoner in the following cases:-
(a) if it appears that the prisoner has been detained with malice, prejudice, contrary to law or without following the procedures required to be followed,
(b) If the respondent fails to show any reasonable reason why the prisoner should not be released from custody or if the reasons shown by him are not reasonable.
