(1) If any military person does not stay at that place due to duty, transfer or any other reason, the cash, goods, arms and documents to be submitted must be delivered to the relevant military person within one month in the case of the Commander-in-Chief and within fifteen days in the case of other military personnel. It should also be understood within the same period.
(2) In the case of the Commander-in-Chief, the Ministry and in the case of other military personnel, the head of the relevant office may extend the time by an additional twenty-one days, if no special reason is given to make an explanation within the period as per sub-rule (1). Even if the deadline is extended in this way, if there is no agreement, the pension payment can be withheld.
