(1) There will be a bird flu control committee as follows in each district to carry out bird flu control work:-
(a) Chief District Officer 2 Coordinator (b) Representative, District Coordinating Committee - Member (c) Representative of Bird Flu Local Level - Member (d) Medical Superintendent, District Hospital - Member (e) Head, Animal Quarantine Office or Check Post - Member (f) Heads of security agencies located in the district - Member (g) Head, National Park or Wildlife Reserve - Member (h) Representative, District Red Cross Society - Member (j) One representative of the poultry business appointed by the Chief District Officer - Member (h) ) Head, Office -Member -Secretary
(2) The meeting of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be held as necessary on the date, time and place specified by the coordinator.
(3) The committee according to sub-rule (1) may invite subject matter experts or stakeholders in the relevant field to the meeting of the committee as required.
