Rule B63
Discussion Notes
(1) The bench may order the party or his legal practitioner to submit a pleading before the date of hearing or at a specified time in a case scheduled for hearing.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), a party to the case or his legal practitioner himself may submit a pleading before the hearing of the case if he wishes to do so.
(3) Notes shall not ordinarily be taken after the conclusion of the debate, unless otherwise ordered by the Bench.
(4) When submitting a debate note according to this rule, the question to be decided should be clearly defined and limited to that question.
