Rule 86
Discussion Notes

(1) The court may order the parties or their legal practitioners to submit their pleadings before the day of the hearing or at a fixed time. (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if the party to the case or his legal practitioner himself wishes to submit the pleadings, he may submit the pleadings before the hearing of the case.
(3) Unless otherwise ordered by the Bench, in general: Debate notes shall not be taken after the conclusion of the debate.
(4) According to this rule, when submitting a debate note, the question to be decided should be clearly defined and limited to that question.
