Rule 62
Debate Time
(1) Each party to the case or the legal practitioner appointed on his behalf shall finish his statement or argument within the time fixed by the bench.
(2) If the time specified in sub-rule (1) is insufficient and additional time is required, the relevant party or legal practitioner may request the necessary additional time with a reasonable and sufficient reason before the commencement of the debate.
(3) If it is deemed necessary as per sub-rule (1), the bench may grant more time to the parties to present their arguments or to the lawyers to argue.
