Section 78
Matters to be checked while granting a road license
According to section 77, when issuing a road license to a public vehicle, the owner or manager of such public vehicle shall be issued a road license only if the authorized officer checks and completes the following matters:-
(a) Insurance of drivers, conductors, security personnel and other employees working on vehicles and third parties,
(b) vehicle inspection pass and
(c) Renewal of certificate of registration.
