The work and duties of children's clubs or organizations shall be as follows:-
(a) children's clubs or; Conducting programs so that maximum children have opportunities in the leadership of the organization and its activities,
(b) promotion of the rights, interests and rights of children; Conducting programs to support creative activities, sports and studies,
(c) To conduct its programs without disturbing the regular teaching of the school,
(d) To hold a collective opinion on behalf of children through children's clubs or organizations in the programs and plans made by the local level or school,
(e) No boy or girl should be forced to join or represent a children's club or organization, (f) To inculcate the feeling of love and patriotism in children,
(g) Do not do any act that disturbs Nepal's sovereignty, geographical integrity, nationality, independence or good relations between different castes, castes, religions, encourages acts of caste discrimination or untouchability and is contrary to public decency or morals. > (h) not to be associated with any political party or to participate in party political program or to support or oppose it,
(i) To comply with other duties and duties prescribed by local laws.
