Rule 64
Minimum Standards of Children's Homes
(1) The institution operating the children's home must have fulfilled the minimum standards as per Schedule-4.
(2) If it is found that the standard according to this regulation is not met, the council can give a maximum period of three months for improvement, and if the standard is not met within that period, it can cancel the operation permit and transfer the dependent children in that children's home to another nearby children's home that meets the standard.
