Rule 63
Classification of Children's Homes
(1) The children's home can be operated as a children's home providing temporary protection services and a children's home providing long-term protection services.
(2) Children's homes providing temporary protection services shall provide temporary protection services.
(3) Children's homes providing long-term protection services shall provide services including development, protection and participation of children in need of special protection until they reach the age of eighteen years.
