(1) The Government of Nepal will establish a Child Labor Prevention Committee to provide health, safety, education, vocational and training for children working in the establishment, to arrange appropriate employment for children, to discourage child labor and to obtain necessary opinions and suggestions regarding the prevention of child labor. .
(2) Appropriate representation of governmental and non-governmental organizations and experts working in the field of child labor will be arranged in such committee.
(3) The establishment of the Child Labor Prevention Committee shall be in accordance with the rules, tasks, duties and rights and procedure prescribed.
